Karl Rove, The Master

Rove is right. He predicted how O'Donnell would flop and hinted that it could cost the GPO additional senate seats.... In my personal opinion, he was thinking about Alaska, Nevada, Colorado, Washington, etc. All of these should have been captured by the tea party. Personally, I think O'Donnell cost real conservatives senate seats. Say what you will... but Rove was right. Don't hate the messenger.

Personally, I’m sick to death of every candidate having graduated from harvard or yale. What happened to politicians from different walks of life? We don’t need for EVERY legislator to be a lawyer, and I don’t think it’s good for the country.
Was Sharon Angle perfect...no...but she was REAL, and that’s more than can be said for 90% of the other candidates runnin for office.
If people voted for other candidates because they didn’t like her, so be it, life isn’t fair, or logical.
Our country is in such a deep hole that we can’t survive. Neither party is willing to make the hard cuts, and even if the GOP had the marbles to do the right thing, the “sheeple” wouldn’t stand for it. We HAVE to raise the retirement age, we HAVE to cut medicaid/medicare/S.S., we have NO CHOICE! We also HAVE to cut federal spending by at least 20%, reduce the size of govt. by at least 20%, and do away with dozens of govt. agencies.
Will any of it be done? no....

Wrong. Rove knew this was coming. I think he predicted we wouldn’t capture the senate... and we didn’t.

A feeble thesis at best without any followup from a competent polling company as to the reasons given by voters that the candidates in those other states were passed over. Methinks you don’t like tea partiers. What you might think about tea baggers I will refrain from speculating upon.

Rove is one of the true Country Club Republicans. When they want your opinion they will give it to you.

I would guess you are a GOP operative trying to salvage Rove’s status - not going to happen! He has shown his side and it will NOT be changed by posting here...

Like Johnson in Wisconsin who had never held office before?

If the Delaware GOP and rove hadn’t attacked COD after the primary thus opening the door for otherwise non-credible attacks from Bill Mahrer,) COD could have been a serious candidate. She was taken seriously during the primary. She was tossed out before she even gave an acceptance speech.

Candidates can come from all kinds of backgrounds. Lower office, business, military, conservative interest groups. Somehow relying only on former office holders and lawyers hasn’t worked out all that well in the past.

Only Jackasses, think Karl Rove was right.

He purposefully did his best to sink O’Donnell after the primaries.

This makes him a traitor to both the GOP and conservatives.

He went about to destroy her so he wouldn’t be wrong in his observations.

IMO Rove is a strategist first. He was thinking how the tea party could make the most gains in the house and senate.... thats why I think he was mad

You haven’t even considered what narrow control of the Senate would do. It would give all the power to RINOS like Graham, Snowe etc. Is that what you really want? I’m pretty sure it is :)

plus, she was already a loser, having lost before. losers rarely win once they have lost, just my view. same with rossi in washington. why nominate a loser re-tread?

Yea, that Reagan was a real loser, wasn't he?
