A vintage Harley ride passed through ABQ recently. I passed about 6-7 of them in the canyon as I headed home. They were of this style...

1. Not enough coffee.

2. My laptop died and I’m using a Mac laptop and the built in mouse clicker( it doesn’t have one ) coupled with the owners choice of reversing buttons has me clicking all over the place with windows popping up.

(I had a Gateway, and the mother toasted. Shipped to Texas, and back tomorrow, all under a week. I was surprised.)

So you must've been walking at a pretty good clip, then.

Thanks for the link! Beautiful machines! I eMailed it to about 25 gearheads I know. One of them was Storme Winters who was Mert Lawill’s wrench for several years and has a small machine shop here. I warned them to either put on their Depends or a Condom before viewing the photos.

BTW, Storme just spearheaded a successful campaign for his girlfriend to unseat a local Marxist councilman...

Except that on most days it's socked in with fog. < |:)~

I signed up. Any site this good deserves some support. This is an incredible restoration effort by the owners.

If you are ever in the Asheville, NC area stop by the Grove Park Inn. They have a small auto museum w/ several old motorcycles . IIRC a leather belt driven Harley. And the best Sunday brunch you’ll ever experience.

For that matter, if you're near Asheville, head out a little further west to Maggie Valley and visit "Wheels Through Time". It's a motorcycle museum with a TON of beautiful old bikes.. and all of them RUN!!

I’ve seen these multiple postings before, and they tend to originate from Apple products.

It was explained to me as a situation in which the computer doesn’t get the response it wants soon enough so it keeps resending the message, and you end up with a string of identical posts. In other words, it’s a software bug.

Good luck if that happens when you’re making an on-line purchase.
