He appears to be turning himself around and his indicating by arm & hand signals in public on the field “Thanks be to God” after a great play is nice to see. It sucked to be a Redskins fan even in the days of Sonny Jurgenson. I watched a game at RFK in the late '60's. By the fourth quarter, even the home town crowd was cheering for the visitors. Fortunately I was a visitor myself and had no dog in the fight.
