Such a pretty girl who seemingly had a bright future ahead of her. I’m shocked and saddened that she had to resort to something like this for whatever the reason. If it’s attention she was seeking, she now has it in spades!
Especially rape stories. Even Allan Dershowitz has suggested up to 10 % of those reported are pure fiction.

I know a lawyer who picked up a gorgeous young woman at the Christmas party, had sex in his apartment, he left the room for a minute and she disappeared. He’s arrested for rape and was probably destined for ruination and jail, until she left a crying message on his answering machine that she “had to” accuse him in order to explain to her boyfriend why she was missing. Nice huh? Her punishment? Absolutely zero, kept her job at the firm.
This kind of crap always makes me really mad, because there are so many REAL rapes happening, and the victims are all too often not taken seriously. Publicity stunts like this one only make it worse.
Not to mention the police department resources being misused to prop up the ego of this stupid rhymes-with-witch.
I say, fire her, make her pay all costs associated with the investigation into her claim, and throw the book at her. Jail time would be nice, too!
