What a fraud. The copy in the photo appears to be an unused stage prop that someone handed him for the photo opp.
The exact same $1 soft-bound copy I have (from the Cato Institute) is well worn after just a few years, and I am not even a minor local politician.

The good people of Nevada have forgotten the Constitution too by reelecting Harry Reid. They have shown they have their collective heads in the sand. Or, maybe they are so myopic that they only see the government dollar siphoned in by Reid to keep their sickened casino economy afloat.
The people of Nevada fail to realize that each government dollar that comes into their state is like poison to the free enterprise system that brings true wealth to their state. The economic situation in Nevada is the result of the pork that Harry Reid has brought into Nevada. It has created an economic environment that is poisoned by dependency on the federal dollar. It is the result of a failure to follow the U.S. Constitution and the ignorant myopia that the poor people of Nevada have revealed to Tea Party Americans around this nation.
The people of Nevada need a educational rehabilitation program to bring them up on the need to follow the U.S. Constitution.

The Constitution has no meaning for him or the democrat party so that part is pure theatrics. The declaration is a founding document but has no bearing on legislation nor any force of law that POS democrats can “interpret”.
