Sounds like Joe wasn’t all that adept at making good life choices. Having said that, I hope that his mother can arrive at something that at least resembles justice.

She had a hard enough time getting the truth; full justice may never come. Hopefully, his tragedy has caused more Americans to be wary and careful when it comes to visiting Mexico. You know what really worries me is that the kind of antics pulled by authorities in Mexico will spill over into our country. I realize we have our bad cops, too, but by-and-large, such practices are not acceptable. We still get outraged when learning about dishonesty such as planted evidence.
I wonder if they (liberals) will continue to call it quiet.
