You are exactly right so the ONE owed her bigtime! It is no wonder Obama is packing the court with those who mouth his ideas....it goes with the man.
If Obamacare isn’t ditched he may well be choosing your brain surgeon for you - and the decent surgeons may well have all quit by then anyway.

Well since Obama appointed her - WITH NO PREVIOUS JUDICIAL EXPERIENCE WHATSOEVER - as S/G....
It’s no surprise that she voted against this birther group.
And will continue to do so as an Associate Justice.
But he has, with his pet health care legislation!
And the fact that neither Kagan nor Sotomayor will recuse themselves from the eligibility cases, even though their jobs are on the line and there is thus a HUGE financial conflict of interest for them, tells us how ethically unqualified these gals are to be put on the only court in the country that has an “honor system”, where their honor alone dictates what they will do rather than any legally-binding ethics rules.
Anybody who voted to confirm these gals was way, way wrong. They do not have the honor necessary to handle that kind of freedom. Putting them on SCOTUS was like giving a 2-year-old the keys to the car.
And absolutely Nothing can stop Congress from removing them from the Court if they so desire, then They can reduce the number to 7 again after these 2 marxist lesbos are removed.

My first thought was about an article I read where the author recounted his job as a prisoner in a German work camp. He had to plug the holes in dead prisoners heads using hot wax. The holes were from wooden bullets the Germans would use to execute the prisoners. Apparently, they would fire the gun against the prisoners head and the wooden bullet would splinter throughout the brain, killing the victim.
This is the brain surgery that I imagine many leftist want performed against those who don’t think like them.

None of the Obama eligibility appeals that have reached the Supreme Court have been “granted cert,” meaning the Supreme Court has not agreed to let any of them go forward to oral arguments. It takes four of the nine justices to agree in order for an appeal to be heard by the full Court.
The job of the Solicitor General is to argue to the government’s position before the Supreme Court. Therefore Kagan had no impact on any of the Obama eligibility appeals that were denied Petitions for Writs of Certiorari.
The fact that Elena Kagan’s name was on hundreds of appeals to the Supreme Court including those questioning Obama’s eligibility was just a legal formality. It was her job as Solicitor General to represent the Government if the Supreme Court decided to hear a case.
Also Justice Kagan has recused herself from participating in Oral Arguments or decisions on every appeal that she participated in as Solicitor General. That’s more than half the cases that the Supreme Court has heard since she was confirmed.

NONE of the liberal Justices are needed to approve an Obama eligibility lawsuit for a hearing before the Supreme Court. It takes four Justices and Alito, Kennedy, Roberts, Scalia and Thomas were all appointed by Republican Presidents.
