Imagine no possessions.

Well, except for a Ferrari and a Rolls Royce?

So John was like a lot of rich musicians. A few toys here and there it appears.

A friend from my Iowa City college days took in a 330 on a trade and found to his horror that aside from being one of the least lovely Ferrari's ever made, it had Lucas electrics.

Wow are you fast. I wanted to get that line in but you beat me (and probably many others) to it. Anyway it bears repeating.

A GM owned company called Delco of England had a cross reference booklet for converting Lucas stuff to better quality Delco on English cars. I don’t know why it didn’t get better play over here when UK cars and motorcycles were hot sellers...

” So John was like a lot of rich musicians. A few toys here and there it appears.”

John was like a lot of rich entertainers ... a total hypocrite.

All we are saying ... is do like I say, not like I do.

LOL.

The latter one looks remarkably like a mid-60’s Maserati Sebring coupe. I have to say, the Maserati is better-looking.
