THE HAWAII LAW ON NAMES
The basic statute in Hawaii on names was adopted in 1860.
Until 1967, it was required that all children born in wedlock shall have their father's name as a "family name" and ". . . a Christian name suitable to their sex."

Barak or Barack is a Muslim name.
Barak is a Hebrew name. It means lightning.
Who really knows about that one, except that the supposed Obamadaddy already had a wife in Kenya.
The actual name, Barack, the way it is spelled, doesn’t exist even in islam UNTIL obama named hisself that.
Used the name Barak because it was the name in the African paper “Barak H. Obama” when he wrote his Socialism paper.
Before everybody wets their pants, it was most likely an unenforced law.
Are you kidding? This is the smoking gun that proves (a) he is a Muslim and (b) his parents were not married. Therefore, he cannot be a legal US President.
But we all knew that already.
They were enforcing the law..here is the record:
“By letter dated April 25, 1977, Thomas A. Burch, Chief of the Research and Statistics Office of the State Department of Health, wrote to “Mrs. Alena Jech,” telling her that the listed surname for Adrian was not in accord with Hawaii State law”
Seems Adrian was suitable..but the last name was not.
He was not born , he was hatched, no virgin birth here, spawn of ......
Barak may well indeed ALSO be a Hebrew name, but are you jesting to suggest nobama is Jewish?
spawn of ...... sorass and Idi Amin Dada
Lets say Obama was born in Hawaii..he still has to have two citizen parents to be a natural born citizen
I Barack Huessein Obama do solemnly swear..
Barack is not a Christian name..Barry is probably his legal name and this means the oath he swore is not legal. His passport is not valid..it goes on and on. Reminds me of Man Men.
Correction: Mad Men
Barak (English pronunciation: /ˈbɛəræk/ or /ˈbɛərək/; Hebrew: בָּרָק, Tiberian: Bārāq, "Lightning; Shine"), Al-Burāq (Arabic: البُراق al-Burāq "lightning") the son of Abinoam from Kedesh in Naphtali, was a military general in the Book of Judges in the Bible. He was the commander of the army of Deborah, the prophetess and heroine of the Hebrew Bible. Barak and Deborah are credited with defeating the Canaanite armies led by Sisera, who for twenty years had oppressed the Israelites.
The Al-Buraq is a mythical creature of transportation. It is described as white in color and the size between a donkey and a mule. It is to have the face of a woman and the wings of an eagle, as well as the tail of a peacock (Rosen 104). The symbolism of the horse-like body and the eagle wings implies rapid movement and the ability to carry a passenger. The movement of one step is said to be equivalent to the distance of the vision of the creature. So not only can it carry a passenger on its equine body, but can move quickly due to the large wings on the sides of its body. This intensely rapid movement could also be attributed to the name. In the Arabic language the word of Al-Buraq, is al-buraaq, which in English means lightening (buraq).
Is Barak or Barack a Christian name??
Man Men eh?
This is going to be one gigantic tangled mess when its proven nobama was never legally President. To say the least the natives will be restless, which is no big deal to those of us well armed.
