Police: Woman Drove Car With Man On Hood, Crashed

CINCINNATI -- Police said a woman was legally drunk when she drove with a man on the hood of her car before crashing into a concrete wall.
Ebony Martin, 28, was charged with aggravated vehicular assault in connection with the incident, which occurred on Dec. 23. Charges were only filed Wednesday.
