Correction. I just read where they are buying out his contract at 7 mil per year for the next two years. Whoever wrote and signed off on that contract for MSNBC deserves to never work anywhere near that industry again. It seems Olberman had no downside and wasn't required to do anything like get profitable ratings to keep his job.

Batman reruns? Where?
Check your cable lineup for a station called the Hub. It will probably be in the kids' block of channels, as I think it replaced Discovery Kids. They play Batman every night, and twice on the weekends.
A scene in an episode aired last night: Mr. Freeze has conspired to make our heroes look like criminals. As Bruce and Dick, they come across a child looking at a poster of Batman.
Child: "Boo, Batman!"
Dick: "Gosh, Bruce, did you hear that?"
Bruce: "Nothing has ever cut me so deeply to the quick. No blow ever struck by any archvillain has ever hurt me so acutely as that little boy's 'boo'."

Maybe CNN will pick him up, theyre in the pits, maybe he can help them get lower.

MSNBC and the rest of NBC network channel’s political progressive and green planet agenda may be the reason GE gets government TARP $ , large government contracts and a seat at the table. Even if they lose money . Mission accomplished.

Brian Stelter reports the following statement from Comcast: Comcast has not closed the transaction for NBCU and has no operational control at any of its properties including MSNBC. We pledged from the day the deal was announced that we would not interfere with NBCUs news operations. We have not & we will not.
Hadn't heard they pledged not to interfere with news' operations...

There were all kinds of government stipulations before they we given approval to merge. I think Comcast has to provide high speed Internet and computers at very low costs to over 2 million homes.
Maybe leaving news arm alone was also part of the deal especially with elections on the horizon.

I don’t see a business case for any of these schmucks. the ad revenue from having less than a million viewers has got to be pathetic. MSNBC must be bleeding money paying the salaries they do to these loons

Several years ago I watched Lawrence O'Donnell have a screaming meltdown on MSNBC one night. I can't remember who he was yelling at or why. Does anyone remember?

In this October 22, 2004 interview on MSNBCs Scarborough Country, ODonnell attacked John ONeill, co-author of the book Unfit for Command that reflected the views of 264 of Kerrys fellow Swiftboat Vietnam veterans. The book and television ads featuring some of these veterans had damaged Kerry by disputing his claims to have been a war hero. ODonnell, as journalist co-interviewer of ONeill with substitute show host Pat Buchanan, interjected epithets and repeatedly cut off ONeills answers after a few words in an apparent attempt to prevent what the guest was saying from being heard by the audience. Creepy Lying Liar O'Donnell

I see that you have a Ragdoll cat. My friend has 2, and they’re the nicest cats I’ve ever seen.

With Maddow enjoying both immense popularity inside MSNBC and very strong ratings for her Rachel Maddow Show,I guess have 3 more viewers than Oblowhard is 'immensely popular'.

I heard this interview and thought at the time that this guy’s hate had taken him over the edge. I pay no attention to what he says now and am thankful that MSNBC is moving him to the Oblbermann time slot. He will make the ratings worse for that hour if that is possible.
