Freedom of speech does not cover classified information or libel. It's in our country, classified information about another country that actively spies on us. We don't care if it's classified for them. And libel is only claimed by a few, the charge never furthered against the author. Interesting that it was never furthered, which is common for false claims of libel.

Then it gets iffy. We can put him in jail for telling secrets, but once it's out there, it's hard to stop due to the First Amendment. And that's our secrets. The First Amendment certainly trumps another country's secrets.
