Shaffer, at 5'5 and 320 pounds, is considered obese? That IS obese! And she works out three times a week ... what, for 20 minutes per workout? Who in their right mind would follow this person for an aerobics instructor? And at a measely three workouts a week, she is hardly what could be considered an "athlete."

Try working out four or five days a week, at least an hour per workout (not counting locker room time). Then maybe she'd be a little more trim. At 5'4, I'm about 130 pounds, and I ain't exactly skinny. And I eat a hell of a lot more than fruits and vegetables.

What a load of crap and spin this article is.

My sentiments precisely...a load of crap. No way in the world would someone eating fresh fruit and vegetables on a daily basis, exercising three times per week weigh 320 pounds. I don't buy it at all. She may be eating fresh fruit and vegetables, but is also consuming thousands upon thousands of additional calories per week to stay at that weight. And yes! 320 is just down right fat ugly! And unhealthy...only a lunatic would think that 5'5" and 320 pounds is healthy. A nutjob to be sure. Sheesh!

Actually that's a BMI of 53.2 which is beyond obese.

Point of comparison William Howard Taft, fattest US President had a BMI of c.43.
