This is mostly true... still getting it all together, but so far this is inaccurate.
The child Bill Ayers adopted was a BOY named Chesa, whose mother (Kathy Boudin) was Louis Boudin’s great NIECE. Therefore, Louis Boudin’s GREAT GREAT NEPHEW was the one adopted by Ayers.
Also, Kathy (the one convicted for the murders of the cops in the Brinks robbery) has a brother who was appointed as a judge on the US Circuit of Appeals by George H. W. Bush...
How ironic.
POTENTIALLY EXPATRIATING ACTS
Section 349 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1481), as amended, states that U.S. citizens are subject to loss of citizenship if they perform certain specified acts voluntarily and with the intention to relinquish U.S. citizenship. Briefly stated, these acts include:
1. obtaining naturalization in a foreign state (Sec. 349 (a) (1) INA);
2. taking an oath, affirmation or other formal declaration to a foreign state or its political subdivisions (Sec. 349 (a) (2) INA);
3. entering or serving in the armed forces of a foreign state engaged in hostilities against the U.S. or serving as a commissioned or non-commissioned officer in the armed forces of a foreign state (Sec. 349 (a) (3) INA);
4. accepting employment with a foreign government if (a) one has the nationality of that foreign state or (b) an oath or declaration of allegiance is required in accepting the position (Sec. 349 (a) (4) INA);
5. formally renouncing U.S. citizenship before a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer outside the United States (sec. 349 (a) (5) INA);
6. formally renouncing U.S. citizenship within the U.S. (but only under strict, narrow statutory conditions) (Sec. 349 (a) (6) INA);
7. conviction for an act of treason (Sec. 349 (a) (7) INA).
ADMINISTRATIVE STANDARD OF EVIDENCE
As already noted, the actions listed above can cause loss of U.S. citizenship only if performed voluntarily and with the intention of relinquishing U.S. citizenship. The Department has a uniform administrative standard of evidence based on the premise that U.S. citizens intend to retain United States citizenship when they obtain naturalization in a foreign state, subscribe to a declaration of allegiance to a foreign state, serve in the armed forces of a foreign state not engaged in hostilities with the United States, or accept non-policy level employment with a foreign government.

The loss of nationality act was passed in 1952, IIRC, which again makes this concept a 20th century invention. As it was originally written and in effect when Obama was adopted, it would not have prevented him from renouncing his U.S. citizenship (providing he ever had such citizenship) as a child. And again, the more important issue is if he retained Indonesian citizenship as an adult, but lied about it in order to sway voters into believing he has always been a U.S. citizen when he was not.
Why is it that I can instantly look at all the passport records for this man from 100 years ago, but nothing at all is available for the current President of the United States?

Why is it that I can instantly look at all the passport records for this man from 100 years ago, but nothing at all is available for the current President of the United States?
It’s not only the records from POTUS, but his mother and Lolo as well.

While I think it is pretty clear that Obama, if born in the US, is a natural born citizen, I can at least understand the concern and wish the Supreme Court would make it a formal ruling.
I do not understand how someone could claim he was born in the US but had lost his citizenship as a child. That is almost impossible to do.

There's no evidence he held a U.S. passport until after he became president. That's the point of the school record from Indonesia. It lists him as an Indonesian citizen and there's no documentary evidence afterward to show that he's a U.S. citizen until that presidential passport was captured on video.
Obviously not — but that’s pretty much the whole point, isn’t it?
Practically every record that Americans are used to seeing about their Presidential candidates — not to mention Presidents — has been carefully hidden away in Obama’s case.
There is, of course, that trip to Pakistan at a time when US passports were invalid fo travel there. But I can think of a couple of ways to get around that, simple bribery being the easiest.
Who knows? Until someone breaks the barrier of secrecy surrounding Obama’s past, it’s all just speculation.
In 1981,when Obama visited Pakistan, US passports were valid for entry (In fact, Pakistan was running a PR campaign to encourage US citizens to visit).

I'm in a position to comment on the BC issue - I am after all the one who originally released the information that you have - the school registration -

Until now I have not mentioned anything on the BC issue for a few reasons - some of which I am not at liberty to discuss and won't at this time.
What I can say now is that I have seen the BC with my own eyes and it does exist - however it was a BC for Barry Soetoro and not for Barack Obama - at the time I did not think to look at the copy or to write down what was on it - the concern was whether or not Obama was a Muslim - the school registration was all I saw that mentioned Islam and as such - it was reported by me on 24 Jan 2007. The AP photo of the document was not released until 2008 as far as I know. You will have to ask AP why they sat on it. I thought AP would have taken a photo of all the documents - at the time I did not have a camera with me.
During this time in Indonesia there was a rush to get info on Obama by various government officials and departments - who also offered cash for documents - the claim was that the documents were needed for our nation's national archives and many photos and documents were snapped up.
You will notice on my blog that I basically stopped blogging on Obama in late 2008 - at that time the BC was what I was seeking and I was convinced (for lack of better word) to "lay off" - I did - Im sorry but I cannot go into details as to why or who asked me to lay off - what I will say is that the BC exists - but it is not the name Barack Hussein Obama on the BC - the name is Barry Soetoro - father Lolo and born in Hawaii.
What you saw was the “amended” BC, when Lolo adopted him. Not the original, which should have been archived and sealed when the amended BC was issued.
That does not solve the problem of proof of where he was born, nor whether Barrack H. Obama, Sr. was in fact his biological father.
No hospital record exists in HI for either Barrack H. Obama, Jr. or Barrry Soetoro (& other spellings). Question is still, why no record and where he was actually born.
The only way that Barrack H. Obama, Jr. is possibly a “natural born” U.S. Citizen is if someone other than Barrack H. Obama, Sr. fathered him and that person was also a U.S. Citizen as required by the Constitution.....Regardless of where he was born....
Powers that be, in many places don't want this to be an issue. For some reason.

Why the name swap from Barry Soetoro?
So, this was birth date you were questioning a few days ago? Interesting that the dob is written, “4-8-1961” and the date accepted into the Indonesian school is written, “1-1-68 (January 1, 1968).” If the acceptance date is mdy, then the dob would be April 8, 1961.

Do you mean why did he go back to Obama? I suspect it had something to do with getting him a scholarship to Punahou. Think about it - Obama Sr. was supposedly big man on the East-West campus and one of his Punahou teachers did summer teaching gigs in Kenya. What could be a better "in" into elite Hawaiian society than to play up the Obama name over Soetoro.
