Interesting. I'll have to check with the butcher at my market.

Even if it's mostly fat it can be useful. Like frying it up in a skillet, whisking in a couple tablepoons of sugar and maybe 1/3 cup of vinegar and drizzling the whole mess over some greens.
It even makes dandelion greens taste like heaven.

I make homemade soup about once a week. The month of February I prepared corn chowder, vegetable barley, clam chowder. And this morning the end-of-the month soup is creamy butternut/carrot/cauliflower. Today’s soup was especially tasty and satisfying. Soup is an excellent way to encourage kids and adults to eat more veggies and to eat less fatty and carb laden foods. Here is a short list of some of the other soups I commonly prepare: tomato bisque, shrimp bisque, split pea, Mexican chicken tortilla, chili bean, Navy bean with ham hock, and vegetable barley.

Dear Bloody: Chicken and beans. Do you have polyps? I think I know why.

I liked Carl Jr. the first time I tried it...when it was Burger King :) ...sorry, trying a little David Spade humor

Everytime I go to CA, my first and last meal is usually an Animal Style single cheese.

In-N-Out finally made a processing center in North Texas where many fast food chains get their start. They are scheduled to open 3 around the Plano Texas area soon. I'm in the Austin area and it is just a matter of time when it comes here. I'll be the first one in the door.

Trying to teach my daughter about cooking and budgeting. I told her one meal out for our family of five costs as much or more than all the food for all of us for one day.

(Based on our going someplace like Subway or Dairy Queen.)

To quote a currently running Farmer's Insurance advertisement;

"You do realize this is just an exercise, right?"
