He said nothing crunchy. No hamburgers but she can have some ground beef in gravy over mashed potatoes. She can have baked fish .... I’m glad she loves fish.

She goes to AWANA tonight. She usually eats there but since I don’t know what they will be serving, I will get her something here. My luck they would be having tacos. :)

I ordered a pet ramp since we cannot get Max in the pickup without help. He hasn’t lost any weight ... still at 136. :)

I will repeat what I once told you. My mama came to stay with me in Radford, Va. when I had my tonsils out at age 22. She had learned not long before how to make Beef Chow-mein. Well, that was what I was craving after the tonsilectomy. To the best of my memory, she made it for me about 4-5 days afterwards. It was mostly soft and if I’m not mistaken, she pressure cooked the beef. Things do change though.

On her diet, she can have noodles .... as long as they are overcooked. She’s had Fettucini Alfredo, mac and cheese, Top Ramen and Chicken Noodle soup. She has also had Cheddar Broccoli soup.

Yesterday the doc told me she could have the dark meat of chicken; I didn’t tell him that I had already given her some chicken breast. He said the breast was too dry and could bother either the stitches or the scabs. I kept my mouth shut. :)

I’m having a tough time trying to decide what to send for her lunch. I may try Chef Boyardee Raviolis tomorrow. I think it has been long enought that she can now have red sauce. Originally they said no orange juice or red sauce because of the acid.

They may be over-cautious.

I had mine out when I was 6 so I can’t remember much about it.

Awwww....they could sure make pretty children, eh? You’re getting to be an expert on cat-speak!! I will tell my kitty that her hand has been asked for already.

It was funny about that cat. Not long before I had found a quote that I just loved and was looking for something to go with the quote and I just forgot about it when I found that cat (in my own files, mind you!)

I will find something tomorrow for my quote....LOL!

Afternoon Amy. Glad to hear things are returning to normal.

Spring is in the air... I just vacuumed and skimmed a bunch of plum blossoms from the pool.

The amond orchards are in full bloom up here. Hope the upcoming rains and wind don’t effect this year’s crop.

For those who may think I mis-spelled amond, around these parts at harvest time, tractors with a device attached grasp the tree trunks and a huge vibration shakes the trees and the amonds drop to the ground. The vibration is so intense, that those shakers shake the L right out of those amonds.
