A judge temporarily stripped Charlie Sheen of custody of his twin sons Tuesday, after Brooke Mueller submitted a declaration in which she alleged Charlie said, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom" ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ broke the story ... Brooke's lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Charlie, prohibiting him from going near her. The judge also ordered Charlie to surrender their twin boys -- Bob and Max -- to Brooke while the TRO remains in effect.
Police removed the twins from Charlie's house late Tuesday.
According to legal docs, Brooke also claims ... on February 23 Charlie threw a phone inside his house and then with a penknife in hand, threatened to stick it in Brooke's eye.

People on TV are tippy toeing around this, but the guy is a perfect example of what “tweaking” looks like. He was on 20/20 and manipulated the hostess into asking him to take a urine test, which he passed. How hard is that to do, when you are at home, and probably expected this? My own high school kid cheated on a couple of UA’s, how hard is it if you are worth millions?

Sad case. The job’s gone, the wife’s gone, the kids are gone, and still the guy hasn’t hit bottom. When he does he’ll be suicidal if he isn’t dead. A prayer up for this poor stupid sumbitch, because he needs one.

Actually, he is a classic case of bi-polar if you ask me. If he can pass a drug test, which some folks are suggesting....then I’d bet pretty good money that he’s gone into some serious bi-polar situation.
I worked with a guy was was perfectly normal except a heavy drinker. He had a black-out one night...and then a stroke (by age 38). He had some limits on one arm and leg...but otherwise ok. But the doctor and his wife noticed he’d started acting kinda strange after ten days in the hospital. Took around three months for them to agree that he’d developed into some very serious bi-polar mess.
The guy wouldn’t stick to the meds program and acted crazy everywhere he went. Military gave him a medical discharge...so he’s got money. But he’s a total nutcase and you can’t trust him for anything.
After watching this interview with Charlie in the last couple of days...he reminds me of my associate, and I’m pretty sure he’s gone off his bi-polar meds completely.
Who even watches that tripe anymore?

The crazed look in Charlie Sheen’s eyes and the way he answered questions, so animated and defensive, reminded me of the interview with Charles Manson. Sheen might not be too far off from a Manson type of brain disorder.

Charlie Sheen’s rants of the last few days have been hilarious. I have to give him credit for that plus he still looks healthy to me. He has an iron constitution like Keith Richards

I have to agree. I’ve also known one or two folks who were diagnosed as bi-polar but, for whatever lame reasons, wouldn’t take their meds. On the meds? Relatively ok.....but off? Forget it.

I liked the show in the beginning but stopped watching when it became too raunchy.

As for Bi-Polar that is the excuse of the day for any nut who runs wild.
My sister-in-law has been bi-polar for years. She’s been off her meds for several months now, and has seriously gone off the deep end. At some point, I don’t think you can get back to “level” - you’ve gone too far. She has, and my husband and I both think Sheen has as well.

The state law does not mandate California counties to adopt Laura's Law, so each county can elect whether or not to adopt it.
I was trying to get my 18 month old to clap, then I finally told her: Clap or I’m going to cut your head off, put in a box and mail it to Charlie Sheen!
And then my wife totally freaked out. I mean totally. I’m still hiding.

I don’t like to see any person self-destruct, so I don’t like seeing this.
If he’s alive in three months I’ll be surprised.
The best thing that could happen to him would involve a conservator, cutting off his access to his fortune, then be placed in jail where he can dry out, which would coincide with counseling.
Then when the guy was ready, they should let him out, give him barely enough money to get buy on, and let him earn back his full rights.
I realize this isn’t going to happen. His attitude isn’t going to change. And that’s why I say he’s a dead man walking.
In one of the many ‘interviews’ with Sheen that have been on TV lately I thought he definitely looked like a crazed junkie, thin, gaunt, totally out of his mind. He looks sick — he IS sick — wonder if he will live thru this or blow his head off.
Well, I know you wouldn’t say that, but I know Charlie Sheen would, and did.
