There are pictures and videos all over the net from around the world that have been put up the last few days of two suns.
As I understand in the comments, all have been “de-bunked.” The one you are showing is said to be a sun dog.
We need one of those expert charts like we have of the UFO explainations so we can better debunk with our eyes might mistakeningly see.

I’ll go with it as a sign that the CHICOMs have lost their “Mandate of Heaven” to rule.
If this happens over the sky of Beijing, Chicom will panic because people will interpret it as you said.
I’ve seen sundogs before, many times actually. They’re not nearly so close or so intense, none of those I’ve seen at least. Most of them are more like a vaguely bright spot surrounded by rainbow hued refraction in overcast skies.
A clear view to the horizon, particularly over an ocean or large body of water, can play visual tricks, islands or ships appearing to float in the sky. I suspect the explanation lies somewhere in that vicinity, if not an outright hoax.

Somebody is better with transparent layers in PhotoShop than they are with bezier curves in a mask. Look at the chop around the lower “sun.”

That appears to be a reflection of a reflection (photographing through a window with a reflective surface behind the photographer), or a refractive effect from within the camera.
It's a sign of the imminent collapse of the world's financial order....
