In the week following the bombing a Oklahoma City, a reporter at television station received a tip about some suspicious activity and began an investigation of a local property management company. The reporter had been told by several former employees of the management company that they had seen a pickup truck at the office, a truck that matched the description in the APB.
The reporter discovered that the owner of the property, a Palestinian expatriate, had pled guilty in 1991 to several counts of insurance fraud and served eight months in a federal prison. Court papers indicated that the FBI had investigated him for alleged connections to the Palestine Liberation Organization.
Former employees told the investigator that six months prior to the bombing, the owner of this management company had hired a group of foreign refugees to do painting and construction work. This group had allegedly fled from Iraq to escape Saddam Hussein’s regime. An employee told the reporter that he saw these “refugees” cheering the Oklahoma terror attack and vowing to die in Saddam’s service.
The reporter used surveillance equipment to photograph these foreign refugees, and focused on one man who seemed to match the last FBI profile sketch and description of John Doe No. 2.
Over the next several months the reporter interviewed witnesses who said they saw McVeigh in the company of a foreign-looking man in the days and hours before the bombing.
Witnesses also said they saw several of the refugees moving large barrels around in the back of an old white truck. The barrels, they alleged, emanated a strong smell of diesel fuel, one of the key ingredients used in the Oklahoma City bomb.
Who was this man, the one who resembled John Doe No. 2?
His name was Al-Hussaini Hussain who later filed a defamation lawsuit in Oklahoma County District Court against the television station and the reporter, charging that the news station had falsely accused him of being John Doe No. 2. The lawsuit was later dropped since the station had never directly targeted him as John Doe No. 2.
However Al-Hussaini Hussain is just one of many who were mentioned as a possible John Doe No. 2. Some would suggest that Hussain was given up as a target to deflect attention from the real John Doe No. 2.
I still remember the initial reports looking for Middle Eastern males, and then that just stopped, and the reports became that no one knew who we were looking for... I cannot imagine what would have been worth covering that connection up : /
Was this before or after Clinton gave Bin Laden to the Saudis? Do you remember the timeline?
Amazing how the Boston Channel is trying to bury this...
Nothing to See Here Folks, ... Move Along. Move Along.
or, maybe
These are not the terrorists for which we have been searching. Move Along. Move Along.
I don’t think so, but I am not absolutely sure...Oklahoma was in 95. Clinton talked to Sudan about extraditing Bin Laden in 1996 if I have it right.
Very uncertain look.

The editor would have to approve publication, right? Maybe a ‘call’ from someONE?

HEADLINE: Interview With Jayna Davis
For that matter, I heard Drudge went Poof, too.
Wait - The dates are right but, just did some more looking, and it seems that Bin Laden was in Sudan in 96, and they offered to extradite him to the US, with the Saudi’s hesitating, which hindsight, sounds closer to believability.

Cops Refer Homeless Man’s Arrest To Feds
Author: Man With McVeigh On Day Of Bombing
POSTED: 6:41 pm EST March 10, 2011
UPDATED: 7:49 pm EST March 10, 2011
BOSTON — The author of a book on the Oklahoma City bombing said a homeless man arrested in Quincy on Wednesday was identified by several witnesses to the bombing as having been with Timothy McVeigh on the day of the deadly attack, the Patriot Ledger reported.
Quincy police on Thursday spoke with the author and notified the FBI of the arrest of Hussain Al Hussaini on a charge of slashing a mans face with a beer bottle in Quincy Square, the paper reported.
Quincy police Capt. John Dougan said the suspect has the same name as a man featured prominently in the 2004 book The Third Terrorist: The Middle East Connection to the Oklahoma City Bombing. The man also has a tattoo on his arm that matches the description of one on the arm of the man in the book, the paper reported.
The author, Jayna Davis, was contacted by The Patriot Ledger on Thursday.
His age, his name, the picture, the mug shot, thats him, Davis said.
Davis saw Al Hussaini during depositions for a lawsuit he brought against her.
Davis said Al Hussaini, a former Iraqi solider, was seen with McVeigh in the weeks before the Oklahoma City attack and on April 19, 1995, the day of the bombing, which killed 168 people.
McVeigh was executed for his role in the bombing. Al Hussaini was never charged.
Al Hussaini, 45, is being held on $500 bail on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He is also being held for a probation violation. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim and to stay away from the Father Bills homeless shelter.
The victim, a 37-year-old homeless man, told police Al Hussaini struck him with a beer bottle Wednesday morning.
MsUnderestimated: Nice work!
LucyT: Thanks for ping. This earlier thread based on same article contains some valuable info and good discussions.
This happened last week when a link to a story about the Wookie’s rib feast was not available. (Drudge)

Haven't had time to read this thread, yet, but check out # 64 as pinged by thouworm. (Thanks!)
ping.
It always seemed wierd how quickly they executed McVeigh. It seemed like they were trying to cover up a bigger story, like radical muslim involvement.
Funny how anyone believing a conspiracy theory is nuts. Yesterdays conspiracy theory is todays truth. We not only have enemies outside but more disturbing are the ones we have within.
I like Matt Drudge, first found FR from an article linked from his website.
Matt does his own thing and has an excellent feel for what is important, and a lot of frustrated news people supply him with things that won't get discussed through the MSM channels.
I have noticed lately that FOX has an awful lot of content that brakes here early. They MUST have some people who read FR. That should flatter Jim Robinson.
bttttttttt
Thanks, Ms!
I haven’t been online since last night. Busy getting ready for a trip. Thanks for the info!!!! :-)
