Help! My Hotmail Account is Blocked!!!
Self | April 18, 2011 | PJ-Comix

Help! I went to sign in to my Hotmail account and I got a message that it was blocked because it was sending out spam emails. Then it asked from my mobile phone number to send me a code. I did that but no code sent. I tried other methods to unblock my hotmail via web research but each method requires me to sign in to MSN which is blocked to me.

Phone support is not available to me since I don't have a paid account. Okay, so how do I regain access to my blocked hotmail account without having to sign in since it won't permit me to do so?

Obama hacked his account and changed his password to "debtceiling."

Some people just don’t think while using their computer.

It never occurs to them that their computer has been compromised into being directed to “real” looking fake websites.

...and of course they give away their info when prompted...

Users who don’t think, the bane of IT Support.

=8-)

I still can’t do anything there because my entire MSN account is blocked. What I need is the Hotmail support email addy and contact them from another email account that is working.

You have a trojan virus on your computer, FRiend. Take the computer to a computer store and get the virus removed or Google hot mail account blocked virus.

Do other web-sites work okay? Do you get re-directed using google.com?

You’ve got FReepmail. What I recommended to do is a very very short scan - like 10 seconds. Sent you a link. Just trying to help out.

Also, try this

If your MSN Account has been hacked, go to MSN email support:
https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlid&ct=eformts&scrx=1

You have to give all informations about your problem and about your identity:
* Your e-mail (the "Windows Live ID").
* Your first name and full name.
* Your date of birth (month / day / year).
* Your country.
* The state, province or department in which you reside.
* Your zip code.
* The IP address of each computer used to access your account, or the most commonly used. To find your IP address, visit : http://www.monip.org/
* The answer to your secret question (if you don't remember it, notify it).
* Emergency address email registered for this account (if no emergency address, notify it).
* Your Internet service provider (at work or at home).
* The date and approximate time of your last login.
* The information below:
o For Windows Live Hotmail user :
? Examples of files names which you created in addition to those existing by defect
? Examples of contacts contained in your address book.
? Examples of old email titles contained in your inbox folders or messages.
o For Windows Live Messenger user :
? Examples of contacts contained in your contact list.
? The nickname under which you appear on Windows Live Messenger.
VERY IMPORTANT ! Write your request in a clear and understandable English, avoiding the SMS language, spelling and abbreviations !

Have you tried Windows Live ID Forums? I think that may be a path to the Microsoft support communists.

I’m no help on this issue. But I did want to say, if you click on certain ads or spam posts on facebook, hackers can now get into your facebook and/or email account and use it to generate more spam. Hackers are also able to harvest any personal information you may have stored and can use it for identity theft. So be careful. Don’t click on anything from anyone you don’t know.

You probably will not get the account reactivate. This happen to my old Aunt recently ... had to give up and get her a new on line account somewhere else. Also - the spam is generated by a web bot that invades your computer and steals your address lists. It then could be operating as a SMTP mail program on your computer or on another computer practically anywhere. I tried five malicious agent removers and could not find it on her computer. So it must have been operating somewhere else - using her email address. Thus the reason for the block. Not fair - but they don’t care...

That doesn't sound good. I'm no techie, but I would be very suspicious about giving my cell number to a message that promised to unblock access to a free email account.

Actually that is how MSN handles it. Cell/mobile number.

I would go to another computer, get MalwareBytes from Malwarebytes.org, copy it over, install, and run it. That might get you started.

LOL! FRiend, I think Walgreen’s sells something to help with that. Hee Hee.

Here in WI, we joke about having a “cheese block”.
Unfortunately, last month I found out I am dairy and egg intolerant (and libtard intolerant) so I must never touch cheese again.
