My gmail is down this morning. And I'm seeing by bing, gmail down that it is. But, no one seems to know why and every article that I try to get on to read about it seems to be hanging and not loading all the way. I also read on a post that there were rumors of DoS attack??? hmmmmmm

Gmail running fine....except for the annoying "confirmation of password" screen that pops up occasionally.
Well, I just cleaned out my registry but, I don’t think that would have a thing to do with it. Maybe I should reboot my puter?
Gmail fine in Central Time Zone 7:15am this date.
Only notices I can find for gmail outages are from the end of March.

I can’t even get on google at all. I’m on an artist blog that google powers and I can’t get on it either. I rebooted my puter, and also deleted cookies, nothings working. Maybe huges net???
I just called my doctor’s office and was put on hold.

On topic. I use GMail as my primary email account. If it ever went down for a long time I'd be screwed trying to change all my registered by email accounts. Even my Free Republic email link is a GMail account.
Last email arrived at 7:42 AM Eastern. I try not to use Google search unless necessary (Bing instead). I also have a number of other email accounts so I’m not stuck.

When you cleaned your registry, did you save a restore point?
Can you go back to that restore point and see if it works again?
You may have corrupted something when you did the registry cleaning. Or you may simply have to sign into google again.
Qwest in Denver was having 911 issues last night, but I didn’t get details.

All three of my accounts are fine.
Yes and I just did a restore. If you bing, is gmail down, you get a lot of info on april 20th gmail is down. After restore, reboot and a soft reboot of my huges net, nothing has changed.
The only thing I haven’t tried is a hard reboot of my huges net, which I hate to do, it takes a long time to come back up.
Anytime I try to even get on google or any of the blogs I’m on in google I can’t get on, including my gmail.
