3 degrees doesn’t make much difference. The pies will turn out fine as long as the temp is lower than 300f.
So Fahrenheit 451 is out of the question - sorry, couldn’t resist...*snicker*
278f shall be the temperature for cooking the pies, and the pies will endure the heat to become your new creation in a few minutes less than an hour.
