Did the study eliminate people supplementing with Omega-3, or were they mixed in with those getting omega-3s solely from dietary sources? If the former, did they ask why they were supplementing?
My husband is diligent about making up the shortfalls in his diet precisely because he has a terrible family history of cancer. Was the study controlled for this kind of history?
When I was reading the comments on Amazon.com for the book titled ‘The Whole Soy Story’, I discovered that soy has neurotoxins. One woman on the site said soy made her mouth go numb and it reminded me when I read that you said it made your mouth itch. After buying and reading the book, I gave up on soy completely.

Yep, that was one of the other reasons that Dr Mercola recommends not eating unfermented soy. It’s really hard to find products that don’t have soy added though. We’re having to travel 2 hours to get to a feed store that stocks a soy free formula chicken feed. With as many questions are there are hanging about its safety I will err on the side of caution.
