Actually, Buchanan’s father was Irish, as were both of Andrew Jackson’s parents. Also, Hoover’s mother was Canadian, and Wilson’s mother was English.

The new information in this article indicates that Obama changed his birth certificate information after 2003 because new Hawaii Department of Health terminology was used on the Certification of Live Birth that was posted on Obama’s website and FactCheck.org. Most likely he filed a Late Certificate of Birth after 2003, which contained the new race

This is asinine. If Obama forged this he would have had experts on hand to make it accurate for a 1961 BC. They would not have done something as stupid as writing “african” in the box if they were forging it.
The only difference I can see would be that Barry’s supposed dad REALLY was African. So comparing any other black baby born in Hawaii in 1961 with Barry would be like comparing apples to fruit cocktail. Now if you can find another AFRICAN who’s certificate says NEGRO...

FYI, parents are allowed to classify their race however they want on a birth certificate. If they don't like any of the categories listed, they can check "other" and fill in the blank. Obama's father, being an African nationalist, obviously preferred to classify himself as "African" rather than as "Negro."
There was a comedian during the Johnson administration making a living doing impressions of the president.
