I see on that You Tube video we have an Obot making excuses and other Obots voting “like” making sure that stays at the top.

The Obama operatives are looking like the gang that couldn't shoot straight! During the past 3-1/2 years of others critiquing the COLB, one would think they'd have learned something about forging documents.
But they made the same mistakes as before, and then some.

But most importantly, Barak Obama would have had to amend his BC to its present state. So, it should be stamped as such, “AMENDED”. It is not.
Here's why:
Obama as a child was enrolled in Indonesian public schools as Barry Soetoro, son of Lolo Soetoro. There would have to be a BC stating his name was Soebarkha (”Barry”) Soetoro, and his father listed as Lolo Soetoro, because the Indonesian government would have required such a document.
(It is becoming clear why the Democratic Party sent an operative to Indonesia to buy up all records and photos pertaining to Barak Obama and the Soetoro family.)
Note: Fukino has claimed to see Obama’s “vital records”. That means plural, more than one record, where Obama’s BC is supposed to be.

It really IS composed of layers. Like the COLB posted in 2008, it seems to have been partly pieced together in a .pdf file, using Adobe or some other software to manipulate it.
I can’t believe that they would do this bad a job of forging the BC, after two years, billions in tax dollars to fund it, and the whole Chicago Mafia to call on for expertise. And they produce this amateur junk—again!

Meh... Adobe products automatically break images down into elements (usually what it thinks are images and what the OCR can pick up as text) when you scan them and save to a PDF.

I haven’t sat down and looked at this yet.
Some points from my professional life of scanning one to two gigabytes of PDFs each week:
1. Almost every professional OCR scanning software suite can auto-box areas of a scan and then perform OCR and then maintain the formatting of the original. You can then view the resulting document in ‘text mode’ and the different boxes will be eligible even when the page formatting is multiple rows, columns, insets etc.

2. This looks like an implementation from a larger software suite.
3. When something as large as a state government is acquiring OCR/doc scanning contracts, the physical machine scanners involved are ALWAYS running at a preset list options, the PC terminals attached are also running at preset options lists, and the server is also running at preset options lists, SPECIFICALLY for long term archival standardization. Someone needs to ask whoever in Hawaii who scanned this document to FOIA release the info on the make, model, software, and hardware firmware of the systems (scanner, PC terminal, Server) used. With that info the PDF layers will either be immediately reproducible, or immediately reconstructible...
4. This PDF looks completely typical to anyone who works with PDF OCR scanning software suites daily.
Right. I’m no whiz but I bookmarked it for what that’s worth. Buzz a tech pinger. There is a way to save it before it gets scrubbed.
It looks like they use a scanner that separates text as a text layer for easier searching (known as an optical character recognition). Makes sense considering they digitized all these records.
Yeah and a Freedom of Access request for a copy of the stamp from Dr Alvin T. Onaka...
