You probably thought it was from a bound book because Fukino said it was. The point that sometimes gets lost is that government officials have made statements and if the evidence doesn’t fit with their statements then something is wrong. And none of the stories match up with each other, with the laws or rules, or with the evidence offered to us peons.
They wonder why we won’t just believe what we’re told. Well.... maybe that’s because we can say it doesn’t match reality. Instead of calling us crazy for that, maybe they should try being actually credible.
