Based on the Newt Gingrich factor, not guilty. Newt graduated from high school in 1961 and married his high school math teacher in 1962...But whose to say anything was going on before he graduated? Newt(19) married Jackie Battley(26) June 19, 1962. Their first daughter was born in 1963. Whether before or after the 9 month anniversary of the wedding, I don't know.
