It was about three weeks ago that Jerome Corsi, author of "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to Be President," called me with some disturbing news.
In response to the success of his book (No. 1 at Amazon in pre-release stage) and the elevation of the eligibility issue because of Donald Trump's big megaphone, his sources in Hawaii were telling him that Barack Obama was about to release a fraudulent birth certificate.
Corsi urged that WND report the story. But because of the nature of the warnings, I didn't think it would be meaningful. What good would it do to report that unnamed sources investigating Obama's eligibility expected him to do something he had resisted doing for two-and-a-half years? Details were thin. Who would pay attention?
In retrospect, it probably was not the right call.
But I was not surprised when the White House delivered the document that Hawaii officials had previously stated unequivocally was not available to anyone, even Barack Obama himself.
Since the release of what I consider to be, at best, an inauthenticatable image of a document, Corsi has returned to Hawaii for more on-the-ground, first-hand investigation – and the results are startling.
Far from putting the critical issue of constitutional eligibility behind him, Obama has opened a Pandora's box of questions and controversies that no single document may ever be able to address definitively.

No way to judge them from experience, but interesting to learn the procedure without judging the resulting opinion.
Sincerity of the author seems real.
Here's a clue which you don't seem to understand. The goal is to keep the anti-American Obama from running in 2012, and if he does, this issue is to be used as a hammer against the usurper pounding him and his supporters over the head again and again by forcing the country to look at it as you would discipline a petulant child.

Great response. The birthers/nbcers keep beating their heads against a gigantic, two-ton boulder thinking that the boulder will crack before their skulls do. It ain’t going to happen. Furthermore, there are zero congresscritters, including Pubbies, who will lift a finger to advance their cause.

Not just conventional wisdom, but that goes against common sense. There is no institution of government, society or media that is willing to touch this. Obama himself wants this issue alive because he benefits from it. Think about it.
Why did the President of the United States, with untold resources, years to prepare, and legions of well connected supporters, not to mention a material interest in keeping the Birther issue alive, release a document with minor but obvious file layering issues? The kind of flaws that experts would ignore but obsessed Internet fanatics would devour like catnip? Especially when he could produce a flawless document, real or forged?

While stirring up an issue you can't even get more than about five or ten percent of conservatives to care about, you allow the libs to brand all conservatives as lunatics. The image released by Obama has been shown to be electronically modified, and not a first generation scan of a certified copy. (see Denninger youtube videos)

Solid proof he was born in Kenya as advertised. That would finish Obama now.
If the BC is phony forgery , and it shows that he is ineligible at the same time, why wouldnt Obama just forge one that shows he is eligible instead of one showing he isnt. Too many questions the birthers cant answer which is why no-one will cover this anymore but WND, Best just to prove he was born in Kenya once and for all.
Yeah, right. The evidence is so strong Obama's BC is a fake that courts will continue tossing out your eligibility arguments from here to eternity. Almost every single prominent (ie, serious) conservative commentator and elected official not only avoids birther babble - but outright condemn it. And the evidence is with you? LOL. Is Mark Levin, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, etc, all in on the conspiracy? Because folks like that certainly don't buy your "evidence". In fact, they think it is laughable.
Look, I can't stop you from deluding yourself. If you actually believe the dopey things Farah claims such as "we may be witnessing the final days of Obama's regime" then there is probably no help for you. The birther conspiracy theorists at this point sound no different than truthers. I expect crazy like that from the left, but it is disappointing to see it from the right as well.

I don’t know why you are shilling for Obama like that. It is not up to us to prove he was born in Kenya. It is up to Obama to prove that he was born in Hawaii and is a natural born citizen.
He refused to produce a birth certificate when he was running for President, and refused to produce it for more than two years in the White House.
Then, when the pressure got too intense, Donald Trump suddenly appeared on the scene. The Donald happens to be a Democrat/liberal, although he suddenly posed as a Republican. Was he working for Hillary? No, it now seems more likely that he was working for Obama.
How could Obama explain why he refused to produced a long form birth certifict for several years, and then suddenly, bang, he produced it after refusing for years? He got the Donald to “force” him to produce it. And then suddenly he found Bin Ladin in his compound in Pakistan, where he was probably under secret house arrest by the Pakistani authorities. No question that Obama planned to use the raid on Bin Ladin to distract from the new COLB.
But the problem is, the COLB posted on-line at the White House is an obvious fake. A forgery. A fraud. There is no way in hell that it is a simple photographic copy of a birth certificate. The evidence is overwhelming.
When the noise from Obama’s bogus claim of superhero credit for personally killing Bin Ladin dies down, the birth certificate will be back again, a worse problem for Obama than ever, because for the first time he has put his own credibility on the line and actually posted it on the White House website.
Then how come it’s a forgery? Will he let experts examine the “document” he says he has? Will he explain where it came from, when just a short while ago Hawaii was denying that they had a copy of it?
The problems will not go away, and it is pointless to pretend that they will.
As I asked, why would he forge proof he is ineligible? It's a contradiction on the birther side.
