Police arrested a man and woman fighting in a parked vehicle with their pants undone Saturday evening in South Memphis.
Shortly after 6:30 p.m., officers approached a Dodge Ram truck parked at a stop sign at Latham and Belz. Inside the vehicle, Tiffany King, 24, and Herbert Winters, 61, appeared to be tussling when officers alerted them of their presence. Police noted in an affidavit that King’s shorts were unbuttoned and not pulled up on her waist and Winters’ belt was unbuckled and his pants were open.
King immediately told officers her pants were not on because she had just used the restroom, according to the affidavit. After being separated, King and Winters gave conflicting stories as to why their pants were not fastened.
Soon after, an officer from dispatch informed the officers on-scene that King had called 911 but never spoke with the dispatcher. However, she was heard on the open line saying “pay me my money,” the affidavit says.
Winters is charged with patronizing prostitution.
King is charged with a count of prostitution, her fourth such charge since 2010. In total, this is her seventh arrest for prostitution since 2006 and she has been convicted of previous six charges.

No wonder Ms King gets arrested all the time. She dialed 911 and left the line open while she demanded payment for services rendered? Drunk and stupid, not a good combo.
