I'm sure it's just a coinky-dink that this natural born son of Hawaii (as we have been endlessly assured) doesn't have a Hawaiian social security number.

The SSN prefix does not tell you where someone lived. It tells you in which state the office that issued the SSN was located.

What you say is true. Do you find it significant in some way, or are you just being pedantic?

Doesn’t work for me.....also depends on when a SS# was requested. Remember not until the late 80’s were you required to get a SS# at birth. I did not get a number until I was 16 b/c I wanted to get a job....

wonder what 0zero’s connection to CT is/was?

Sometime between 1977 and 1979. Obama had his first job scooping ice cream at Baskin Robbins in Hawaii in either 1975 or 1976.

Unless Baskin Robbins was paying him under the table The One already had a SS# when the Conneticut card was issued.

Lots of speculation that the Conn. card was issued to someone long dead by 1980...the year Obami needed to file for selective service.

Best guess is he was a foreign student at that time with a non-citizen status. Probably he was a citizen of Packistan.
So he likely never filed for a draft card. Years later he needed a fake ID showing he did file in 1980...whomever did this likely took a SS# from a dead man...and created the fake form...not realizing SS#s were assigned by state...Obama had never even set foot in Conn. through 1977.

BTW...don’t tell the MSM about any of this...they might have the story of the century.

He was born in GA in 1987 but his # matches up with FL.

We moved to FL about 2 years later, so it is possible that the # was applied for from there.

I can not remember what year the automatic assigning of #’s started.

I want to ask a question but I am hesitant to do so because folks on these threads seem to be so defensive, that I normally so not even post to them.

I am one of those who don’t really care ‘where’ the bastard was born, because his father was not a citizen and in my mind that makes him ineligible for the office.

How do we know and with what certainty do we know what his social security # is?

I think somebody got the SS# from his Selective Service registration through the Freedom of Information act.

Personally I think the SS# is more of a mystery than the BC.

The SSN record corresponds to the Selective Service registration number 61-1125539-1. There was a time when you could put the registration number into an online database and receive information about the person, such as this report. If you search you can find tons of stuff about this topic.

In earlier years, people got their ss number when they got a job with reportable income. My number dates back to when I was living in Massachusetts and got my first job, back around 1954.

Later, it became necessary to get ss numbers for your children in order to declare them as dependents on your 1040. That applies to all of my children, starting around 1963. I’m not sure when, between 1954 and 1963, it became necessary to register babies.

There are a LOT of blank spaces in Obama’s history. But evidently no evidence that he ever lived or worked in Connecticut.

Customs official suspended for photo with Obama’s passport

A French regional customs chief has been suspended because he had his photo taken with Barack Obama’s passport. US secret service agents complained when the incident took place during their president’s arrival at last month’s G8 Summit in northern France.

Barry’s Selective Service registration would have never been done in Chicago. There are three centers. HI/CA would be in the Western location. Students with a Student Visa don’t have to register, BUT, if you don’t, by law, and are here as an Illegal or Citizen, you will be denied Fed assistance and if you are an Illegal, you may be denied citizenship.

I hear that some time very soon, the SSA will be getting away from the state codes in the first three digits of the SSN. From now on, supposedly, the first three digits will be random.

Don't know for a fact, but the new system might have been put into place so that folks like BHO will have an available “defense” if their SS # does not correspond with their state at the time the SS # was issued.

But let's not fall for that new argument that O’s defenders are likely to come up with.
