Perjury is already implied and the defense hasto prove she was there.

I don't know the makeup of the jury. What I'm sure they don't want to see is another death.

There is no "accidental death". Any accident would have been reported...I'm sure.

There is only one conclusion one can draw...That mother hated that child for some reason and IMHO, it may have more to do with the "unknown" father than we think.

I disagree with that. Casey's statement to her brother as to why Cindy couldn't see the child -- "maybe because I'm a vindictive bitch" -- tells the truth to me. Casey didn't care about about who fathered that child ... she quite probably doesn't know who fathered the child. Testimony seems to prove that she was what we called "easy" back in the day.

Casey was angry after a big fight with her mother, and took away from her parents what they cherished most in this world -- the grandchild. The neighbors even heard the fight the night before Casey and the kid disappeared for a month.

Additionally, Casey wanted to party. Everything in Casey's universe is about Casey, and what she wants. Have you seen the recordings of the jailhouse visits with family? Casey turns everything around to be about her and how pitifully she is being treated.
