I think hes saved enough out of his recent paychecks to purchase Aruba for $270 billion and turn it into his own private island to retire to. Saved?
Obama's whole cabinet have stolen enough since '09 to buy Tahiti in American money or Gold.

In the fashion of a true psychopath, Obama will choose to not reach an agreement and let the economy crumble with the GOP so Geitner will not leave.

Got a feeling hes getting transferred to the Chicago mob. Me thinks the "mob" doesn't have the trust there to accept the money manipulator with a forked tongue.

Or maybe Bernie Madoff? He’s the only one smart enough, we just have to get him out of prison first.

Is it possible that yesterday's presser had anything to do with this? If I were his economic advisor I'd quit too after that idiotic recital of socialist dogma.
Obama has been ignoring the advice of advisors, committees that he appointed, and even recent appointees to the cabinet who replaced advisors that jumped ship.
This is what narcissists do when they fail so publicly, they quit listening to anyone and everyone.
We have a very sick pup in the White House folks.

“Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner has signaled to White House officials that hes considering leaving the administration after President Barack Obama reaches an agreement with Congress to raise the national debt limit, according to three people familiar with the matter.”
This is the Golden Moment!
Congress simply refuses the agreement, ties the Geithner Albatross firmly around BO’s neck, and spending decreases after August 2nd.
Nah, might make Boehner cry.

Did Obama talk about going after tax cheats in his speech yesterday?

All the morons that wrecked the economy are getting out while the getting is good ... going back to their rat holes on college campuses.

Has any other administration had so many officials jump ship as Obama?I'm not sure how many economists Baraq has had.
I remember:
Christina "bubble@ss" Romer
Larry "Harvard's Giant Intellect" Summers
Jared "Joe Biden's caddy" Bernstein
Austan "I'm outta here to get tenure at Chicago U" Goolsbee
There were also some czars in there like Steve "the rat" Rattner.
It's kind of like changing coaches on the Detroit Lions, only more often.

The Tax Cheats calculator could no longer deal with the numbers. He wanted to use the new Chinese Supercomputer System but was denied access. He was not able to comprehend the equations with Quadrillions and Cintillians.

Given the politicians in charge when Greenspan finished his term — the Barney Frank crowd forcing lending institutions to finance bad-loan mortgages — it was obvious that Greenspan couldn’t do anything about it.
What you seem to have forgotten, is that Greenspan was Fed Chairman through Reagan, Bush I, Clinton, and Bush II — fantastic years for America’s economy.
Try reading Justin Martin’s book about Greenspan.
