No - I will look into it. : )
Wow, thats the one I saw. That face and rage is abnormal.
That was also on the jail house video when she blew up at her mother. This is the real Casey Anthony. The jury really blew it, big time.
meant to say “That rage was also on the jail house video . . .”
I did not see where the prosecution pushed for anything but murder 1 though I know the jury was given other charges- I did not watch the whole trial though, what was the expected sentence for manslaughter? The lawyer that said she should have been charged with negligent child abuse seemed to think the jury was only given options with death or life being a possiblity. I am not a lawyer so don’t know if he was right.
Your idea of schizophrenia makes a lot of sense, but it was never brought up by either side. She definately has issues- major ones.
do you have a link to it?
The prosecution was using everything to keep her behind bars.
It all failed. She's getting out. She will kill again ~ and may have some pent up rage. Her lawyer best watch out. If he tries to blow her off now that he's done the job he was paid for, he may express the wrong emotion in her estimate.
...but (without giving away the ending) shows exactly what a sociopath is capable of!....Like Casey
I know that. But what were the lies about? Weren’t they all related to attempting to hide her crime? These jurors did not use any deductive intelligence.
Deductive reasoning is not evidence or proof.
If the defense tries to use the line that the name Zenaida Gonzalez was traded around there, Zenaida’s lawyer can point out the cops did not go to any other Zenaida Gonzalez, just as he said today on Shep Smith’s show on Fox News.
Secondly, even if names are traded around, Zenaida’s lawyer can point out that it is rather ironic that of all the so-called traded names floating out there, Anthony just happened to give the name of a woman who had filled a card out there at Sawgrass and that the cops did not find any other Zenaida Gonzalez at Sawgrass, but went straight to the Zenaida that is now suing Anthony.
Anthony locked herself in with Sawgrass, and we are supposed to believe that there are now two Zenaidas connected to that place and also believe that the Zenaida the cops didn’t go to just happens to be the one that isn’t suing Anthony, the one who also just happened to not fill a card out there at Sawgrass? Amazing. Sarc.
True, but it is hard to properly process evidence without deductive reasoning.
You are soooo right...and why the jury did not take the time to do that. They either didn't want to do the hard work or they didn't have the understanding to do the hard work. Either way they were not capable for the task.
I think Casey was involved in some way with the death of her daughter, but I don’t know exactly how. It may have been an accident. Someone else may have caused the death, though I can’t imagine Casey would cover for anyone else. But with no cause of death, no motive, no murder weapon, and no prior child abuse that we know of, no witnesses, it would be very difficult to put her to death because of a gut feeling. If the state had gone for manslaughter, there is a better chance she would have been convicted, IMHO.
Don’t be silly. Deductive reasoning - if possessed by the jurors - would have led them from the reason for the lies she was convicted of to the reason for the cover up of Caylee’s death.
Of course “deductive reasoning” is not evidence of proof. It’s the jurors who must possess this - not anyone else. Do you know what you are talking about?
The 12 only convicted Casey on the lies because they were taped.
A>B>C.
If A=B, and B=C, then A=C, to use an example.
Chloroform inquiry on the computer(A).
Chloroform and hair together found in the trunk(B).
Hair found on the body like hair in the trunk(C).
Therefore the one looking on the computer for Chlorophyll is linked to Caylee’s body. But who was it that looked on the computer for Chlorophyll. It seems obvious.
They DID go for manslaughter, in addition to murder 1, 2, and child abuse. The jury could have convicted on one of the lesser charges only. They chose not to!
It has been mentioned that she may be Schizophrenic, I'm thinking Bipolar 1 as well. Some Psychiatrist on TV mentioned her post murder partying spree as being Manic. For someone with the severest form of bipolar, there are delusions and some people become quite violent, but can seem normal at times, just “high energy” and hyper sexual (the whole slut thing her own attorney brought up), and lots of lying. There was no reason for a normal 22 year old to be living at home, unemployed, with not even a high school
education, who went to such lengths to cover everything up, from a fake job, fake nanny, etc. This even before she killed her daughter. I unfortunately have had to deal with a severely Bipolar relative, who luckily wasn't violent, and the mood swings come and go. Usually after the Mania, depression, which her lawyers may have seen in jail as feeling bad her child was dead—no. Then there are periods of semi-normalcy.
I in no way mean this as an excuse for Casey Anthony. Just saying’. She should be in jail or in a mental hospital, because it will resurface. I won't even go into what it took to get my relative help, and they can't force anyone to take meds in this day and age. It's a nightmare.
