Appeal? Nah, going nowhere......four misdemeanor charges....what judge will overturn this NOW? This is some kind of delay tactic on the lawsuits......she won’t be deposed now until October. Delay, subterfuge and lies.....but it ain’t over till the fat lady sings. The saga lives on.
If the charges are overturned, she can likely sue the Dep’t. of Corrections for false imprisonment. That must be the angle. Otherwise, what sense does it make?
