Giuliani to GOP: 'Get the Heck Out of People's Bedrooms'
FoxNews.com ^ | July 17, 2011

Posted on 07/17/2011 1:39:38 PM PDT by Hunton Peck

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is still weighing a presidential bid, said Sunday that the Republican Party should stop focusing on gay marriage and "get the heck out of people's bedrooms."

Giuliani, who personally supports civil unions but not same-sex marriage, said that he was against the recent vote in New York to legalize gay marriage in the state. But while he called that decision "wrong," he described it as a "democratic vote" and urged Republicans to move on.

"I think that marriage should be between a man and a woman, but I think that the Republican Party would be well-advised to get the heck out of people's bedrooms and let these things get decided by states," Giuliani said. "I think it's wrong, but there are other things that I think are wrong that get decided by democratic vote."

He said he doesn't see "harm" coming to New York over the new law.

"I see more harm, however, by dwelling so much on the subject of gays and lesbians and whether it's right or wrong in politics," Giuliani said, in an interview with CNN's "State of the Union."

The one-sidedness of his worldview is bizarre.

Not where he comes from.

I the picture was supposed to be a picture of Rudy Giuliani in drag addressing a crowd from behind a podium with a GOP elephant.

Either provide the names of the GOP bedroom occupiers, or retract the idiotic, divisive BS.

“I admit to being a libertarian where if it is in the bedrooms, I have no problem with that.”

That is where I am. Don’t tell me that I have to accept you or your lifestyle and I could care less what you do behind your own closed doors.

Go, Rudy! (As in, I want him in the race to split the moderate vote with Mitt...)

"Rudy keep your Dear Filth and AIDs infested FAGs out of our faces then!"

You got that right! No decent person wants to see what sicko homosexuals do (playing with each others fecal matter) behind closed doors. It's yall who bring that "MESS" out in public. Keep your filth out of our and our kids faces!! And stop trying to make us accept your perversion. Marriage is one woman with one man. Period. God ordained it and we will NEVER accept anything otherwise! Period!

Rudie, Rudie, Rudie.

Giving queers the right to veto the will of the majority isn't keeping anything in any bedroom. Contrary to media generated hyperbole, queers were doing their thing and the things of anyone else who would let them way before they started marching naked in the streets and demanding that they be recognized as the gender of their own choice rather than as the gender God created them to be.

All the queer crowd has managed to do is line themselves up for a share of the backlash against the whole fascist attempt to reorder society to fit their atheist eugenics theories. If they had kept things in the bedroom they'd be a whole lot better off in the long run. They openly and boldly declared war on the 98% of the population that doesn't share their perversions and demanded a confrontation. So, they shouldn't be the least bit surprised when they get exactly what they demanded. That's just human nature while what they practice and claim it's human nature is not.

David Frum’s favorite candidate (Frum was on Giuliani’s campaign advisory board) is totally wrong.

If we don’t fight the radical homosexuals on every issue, they and their big government friends will destroy our freedom to speak about homosexuality(see Sweden and Canada), teach our children (see Massachusetts and most recently California) and engage in commerce (see New Mexico and New Jersey). And of course, they will deprive us of our freedom to worship (see weak protections of religion in the marriage law that just passed in New York)

We will not idly stand by, Mr. Cross-Dressing Giuliani! The radical homosexual agenda is a direct attack on our freedoms.

Giuliani to GOP: 'Get the Heck Out of People's Bedrooms'

Right after the Democrats and the other statists get the heck out of my light bulb sockets, out of my gas tank, out of my decision whether or not to smoke or drink or eat meat or things fried in trans-fats, out of my doctor's office, out of my medical records, out of my insurance company, out of my electric utility's decisions whether or not to use coal or nuclear, out of my back pocket, and many, many more.

Somebody told me that Brokeback was actually a tear jerker touching romance.

I’ll never know because I just have no desire to ever see Brokeback, and never plan to see it.

It was never about liberty, freedom, tolerance, etc.
It was always about their hatred for the God of the Old and New Testament and His Word.
They have listened to the one who tells the lie that they can be their own gods and make up their own rules.

Giuliani to GOP: ‘Get the Heck Out of People’s Bedrooms’

___________________________________________________________

For a long, long time I had this as a tagline...

Yes, as a matter of fact, what you do in your bedroom IS my business.

It would piss off the liberals at Free Republic. My point was (and still is) that yes, deviant queer behavior is harmful and destructive to normal productive American growth and prosperity. Even if done by consenting adults in their own bedrrom. There was a time (much better times) when all 50 states had sodomy laws against this type of perversion. Are we better off now that buggery is legal? Nope.

The liberaltaians at FR would not/could not get it. They would rage at me that what ever two people do in the privacy of their own bedroom is not my concern. I would try and reason with them, but when they toss morality out the window.... there was no point in arguing with them.

So it comes as no surprise that Rootie-Tootie is all for “anything goes” in the bedroom. How typically liberal.

That was the entire premise of “choice” when it came to abortion. It is a woman’s right to do what she wants with her own body and her baby a/k/a body tissue.

It was a Slippery Slope.

Now, there is silence over government control over their bodies. If O’care continues, how many lives will end at the hands of government mandated healthcare? From infancy to the elderly.

So, here we again have an activist group who began by begging for only tolerance and acceptance. It began as being only about “them” as individuals or couples.

Who is bullying who now? What really is their ultimate goal? They want our children.

The fact that this country feels the need to debate the basics as to when life begin and what is marriage, and the fact that those two basic premises require legislation, tells us that we are the walking dead as a civilization.

Charlie Baker and Richard Tisei ran for Governor and Lt. Governor of MA as Republicans on a platform of telling Social Conservatives they didn’t want their vote. So they didn’t get it. They lost to running joke, Deval Patrick.
