More than A$1m ($1.07m; £664,000) of wine has been destroyed in a forklift accident in Australia.
The 2010 Mollydooker Velvet Glove shiraz sells for A$185 a bottle ($199; £122), the AFP news agency said.
Winemaker Sparky Marquis told reporters he was "gut-wrenched" that 462 cases of wine had been smashed while being loaded for export to the United States.
"When they opened up the container they said it was like a murder scene," he said. "But it smelled phenomenal." 'Massive loss'

Well I live not far from Toowoomba and Maroochydore here in Australia. I won’t go into some of the other names. I’ve always asked why they named a town Toowoomba after a kangaroo f**t.
Ah, forklift drops the container and it didn’t bounce. Contents scrambled. Makes sense now.
That was a truly touching video.
Germans are so funny. They need to attend classes in order to get a license to drive a forklift. Haha, we're soooo much better than they are! No license, no training, no maintenance necessary.
Something not working on the forklift? Americans pride ourselves on working under any mechanical constraint. I once worked for a company that had about 50 or 60 forklifts and all of them operated a little differently than the others.
Some steered backward (as if you were backing up), Some bounced like a ball as you picked up speed (so out of every one second of drive time, your wheels were only on the ground about half of a second; i.e., half of the time you couldn't steer at all--fun when you are flying down the isles full-speed with people on both sides of you), some had no brakes to speak of, some had 30% or more slack in the steering. On one, the horn honked every time you made a left turn, etc.
And the guys out of the hiring hall always got the crappiest forklifts. It's a wonder I never killed anyone, lol.
I just watched the video. I’ve heard it said the Germans lack a sense of humor. After watching this I don’t think that is true.
That video is gold.
