MARIETTA, Ga. -- An arrest warrant has been issued for the manager of a Marietta McDonald's after she punched a mother of two autistic boys in the face, Marietta police said.
It happened at the McDonald's on Bells Ferry Road, police said.
The manager, Tiffany Denise Allen, told the woman that the twin boys’ service dog, Barkley, wasn't allowed inside, police said. Allen was off duty
The law, however, states that the dog is allowed inside.
The boys’ mother, Jennifer Schwenker, said the incident took place on July 12 when she took the boys to the McDonald's to have lunch.
Channel 2’s Diana Davis got her hands on a surveillance tape showing one of the twins and Barkley enjoying the restaurant’s play area.
The family was about to leave when Allen told them there were no dogs allowed, police said.
Schwenker explained that Barkley is a service dog, allowed by federal law in all public places including restaurants. Schwenker offered to provide proof of the permit for the dog, Marietta police said.
I wonder if a hate crime on the handicapped will be pursued?
No matter how you view it, getting thumped by someone named Tiffany sucks.
The law says service animals are slowed inside, this feel good service animal is a crock of bull, hit her again.

How come before I even read the story, I had an idea it was a Black woman punching a white woman? Am I a racist or is there a trend of brown and blacks toward hating white people going on in this country?

The next time you watch a commercial about home security, see who the bad guy is. The next time you watch a commercial about identity theft, see who the bad guy is. When ever anything is being portrayed about crime, see who the bad guy is. It’s always a white guy.
With my family it was no different. A black judge and black case worker couldn’t resist keeping white grandchildren in state custody and control for over two years. A black worker in the daycare that the kids were forced into levied false accusation of child molestation against my white son, the father of the children involved. Through much prayer and a miracle from the Lord, it’s all behind us now and nobody lives in that corrupt state anymore.
Reverse racism at its best.
For me the name Tiffany gives the notion of someone petite, pleasant, sweet, kind.... a small gal walking through a field of flowers on a sweet summers day... LOL

One would hope she did throw it on the beotc*. My guess is the beotc• slapped it out of her hand. But the story says she dropped it when she lost sight of one of the boys and it splashed the beotc*.
I’m guessing there are plenty of ‘friends’ of the beiotc* that

No the story says she claims she dropped it, I am sure a splatter expert could tell if that is true. Just like she claims the woman slapped her in the parking lot. Guess you need to question other people present to find what really happened. But it was a lot more than the posted story.
Well, your wife is doing better than I do when I go through screening and I am blonde/blue eyed.
Last time in SFO all the body search TSA agents were black. FOUR of them refused to screen me. They said they were busy.
They were called repeatedly and after quite a long wait one would come by, take one long up and down look, and then say they were too busy. The went on four times. Finally the TSA supervisor got an Asian woman to do it.
The four (rather obese) black TSA agents who said they were too busy were over in the corner eating and chatting.
BTW I have yet to see a black person or a muslim subjected to an intense screening and I travel quite a bit.
Tiffany went after the white woman because she felt she had been “disrespected” (Tiffany’s own words). She chased the white woman down with the intent to commit assault and battery.
It was racially motivated. It was a hate crime.
The dog had nothing to do with it, it was just Tiffany’s excuse to start something and get offended.
