Nobody is allowed to mess with Chilis. Best ribs for a multiple store system.I'm kind of partial to the ribs from Logan's Roadhouse in El Paso. When a friend tried the Logan's in Tulsa, however, he was unimpressed. By the way, no worms (with the possible exception of a few extreme liberals traveling in cognito) were observed at either location.

Never been to Chilis in Dubai, but I have been to TGIT, their version of TGIF since their weekend starts on Thursday. Have you ever tried that middle-east sports bar chain based on "Hooters?" The women are in burkhas and the place is called "Peepers."
