At the time I thought he was just a crazy drunk Mexican guy so I didn’t bother to follow him to the “crash site”.

I'm thinking that it was a wise decision not to follow the "drunk" Mexican. My guess is that he wasn't drunk and that you would have most likely ended up much poorer and sorer for your troubles.

Some years ago while on my way to a ball game in Detroit some guy wanted me to follow him into an alley to buy some cheap tickets.

I went to the ticket booth and paid full price.

Back in the 1880's, the Czar had a basically circular gunboat built, as an experiment. It had two huge guns, and all other machinery, stacks, bridges, was either under or over the path of the guns.

Built at Sevastopol for the Black Sea Fleet. At 100' beam too big to transit the internal river system, and the experiment of sailing them through the Mediterranean, Bay of Biscay, and North Sea would be better contemplayed than attempted.

Definition: Bated Breath - Subdued breathing due to high emotions.

If you have "baited" breath, I hope you never get within kissing distance of me!

Guys like him are experts at carefully sidestepping facts and artfully avoiding problematic questions.

They happily declare that rock paintings of people with big heads are depictions of aliens but don’t bother to mention that stylized art has been common through all of human history.

My question is whether the Novgorod was the only circular hull built. Inventors are always convinced that the Next One will work, and some of them are adept at convincing people with more money then brains that for Just a Few More Rubles...

I don't think it's beyond the realm of possibility that this wreck is a direct predecessor of the Novgorod.

The pack he runs with believe that the Pyramids, Stonehenge, and structures on Crete and in central and south America made of stone blocks weighing several tons were built by pre-historic humans using electro-magnetic machines provided to them by (drumroll please) .....
alien astronauts, AKA angels.
And we’re them. Or their progeny. It’s bind-moggling.

Mr. Lindberg’s “guess” does not qualify for ping worthyness, IMO.

Mr Lindberg said it was large and about 60ft in diameter and clearly visible on the sea bed.

There is to much in this world that is Unknown, but people ridicule people tha have differing pov. I believe we have been visited before and will again in the near future. Read Zacharia Sitchcens books. For a good alternate perspective of human history. Which makes much more sense.

Could not agree more. Most of what I learned of human development history in school (many years ago) has been found to not quite be the actual thing. I am open to all possibilities. Why? Simply because there is so much unknown.

And remember the Old Testament is taken from the Summerian text of creation and many other old writings. Its like the movie Sgt York. When he captured all the germans by the time the story got down the line and through the grape vine Alvin captured the Kaiser. That is how I look at the old testament. It was changed to suit the story tellers at that specific time. But it goes way back into the Sumerian text and Epic Of Creation.
