“Black culture” didn’t exist prior to the civil rights era. It was artificially created as a means of creating a separation to benefit democrats. Its the concertina wire that tops the democrat plantation fence.
If you look at blacks of the 30s, 40s, and 50s, they were culturally indistinguishable from whites. Most conservative blacks are still culturally the same as whites.

For some reason the separation of mosque and state is not a problem for those who take issue with Christian politicians. Those who are the most "tolerant" would be the first to lose their heads in a society that is controlled by -- or even strongly influenced by-- Islam
