There are people who don't care for Bourdain but I've found his ability to explain how food is prepared and put out is way beyond what we've normally seen.

He's had some truly great interviews with the best in the business.

NOTE: So that's the corrupt Andrew Cuomo's gumaw ~ hmm. That Souvrn' cooking is probably what's making him fat like the fascist pig he really is.

“It’s a Cardiologist’s Nightmare” But who is Bourdain to criticize? He smokes like a chimney, one of the leading causes of cardiovascular disease is smoking.

For anyone who doesn’t like Bourdain, he got a generous dose of radiation while visiting Chernobyl in last week’s episode. BTW...that particular episode (featuring the Ukraine) was one of the funniest things I’ve seen in a long time.

Who in the world could find fault with a guy like Emeril Lagasse or Bobby Flay? They seem to be good guys. Bourdain trashes both, particularly Lagasse. Outrageous.

Bourdain apologized for trashing Emeril after he met him. As for Flay, I know someone who worked in one of his restaurants. She doesn't have much good to say. That friendly TV personality is an act.

I use to love the Anthony Bourdain until he did his SE Asia trip, you know, Viet Nam, Cambodia, Laos and blamed everything that happened to these people on the US ... DONE.

I think you are talking about Andrew Zimmern who is the host of “Bizarre Foods” on the same channel. Bourdain does not usually eat odd items ...

You may be right about this. I have no knowledge whatsoever about Flay. But keep in mind that the restaurant business is a pretty tough business, so maybe Flay has to be a little hard-nosed to be successful. I don't know. He does come across as a likable person on TV. So it may in fact be an act.

Bourdain’s shows are simply outstanding. Deen cannot make a cup of coffee without a stick of butter in it. A revealing episode - which remarkably made the final cut - showed one of her sons scolding her for his years of weight battles due to how unhealthy their meals were.

I recall him making some snobbish comments about Pres. Bush in one of his programs. I believe it is part of him trying to create an "edgy" personality.

He smokes, drinks , eats a lot of fatty food and looks down on anybody that is not from the east coast.

‘Anthony Bourdain Rips Fellow Chefs’

“Anthony Bourdain recently sat down with TV Guide Magazine, and the No Reservations star didn’t pull any punches when it came to talking about fellow food personalities. A few key quotes:

On Paula Deen: “The worst, most dangerous person to America is clearly Paula Deen. She revels in unholy connections with evil corporations and she’s proud of the fact that her food is f—king bad for you...plus, her food sucks.”

On Guy Fieri: “I look at Guy Fieri and I just think, ‘Jesus, I’m glad that’s not me.’”

On Rachael Ray: “Does she even cook anymore? I don’t know why she bothers. To her credit, she never said she was good at it.”

On Sandra Lee: “There was an incident with Sandra Lee where I ran into her after criticizing her publicly. It was deeply terrible. Don’t mess with her. I rarely feel uncomfortable, but she has a powerful force. I hate her works on this planet, but she is not someone to be dismissed, clearly.”
