I think you are spot on. It seems to me everyone is worried the black vote won't turn out like it did in 2008, so what better way to change that... keep firing up comments that make those who only hear bits and bites angry and in their plan, motivate movement on election day. It's going to be a long 500 days ahead with this stuff...
