My BIL had a really big pergola covered thick with trumpet creeper as part of his deck system on a previous home. It was something to behold and a very shady place to sit and watch hummingbirds, etc.
I always enjoy being out in the yard or garden, but especially so when the wisteria is covered in blooms. It is intoxicating! I also have a thicket of black locust trees to the south of the house and they are very sweet when in bloom. At that time of year our winds are predominantly from the south, which gives us the full aromatherapy.
You’ve got that right. Hubby and I walk, work out and play golf in that order. We work out 3 times a week and walk about 5 times a week and we work out in the basement 3 times a week. He told me, I lat pull 120. Oh well. I just pull whatever he puts at the end of the rope. I leg lift 110# front ways, but forget the back, I walk backwards, about a half mile to strenthen the what evers back there.
“I walk backwards, about a half mile to strengthen the whatevers back there.”
I’ll bet you’ve got one sweet tushie for someone your age, LOL!
And thanks for the tip. I’m going to try that once I can walk on two feet again, LOL!
