I know ONE thing that will work. Every speech he makes from now on his crowd will chant and scream "PASS THE BILL NOW !!!"
Every time he's in front of the Acorn or union thugs, or in Madistan, Wisconsin, or in San Fransicko, the mob will screech over and over again...."PASS THE BILL NOW !!!"
Yep, that'll work for him, fer shur. These are the only kind of ideas that actually work for him at all.

Demonstrating that, if you have a good chant, and a scapegoat, you can lead a mob, even a majority mob. You don't really need a jobs plan, or any plan that works. You just divide society into "them and us".
