Doug Hertle grew up wanting to do clean comedy. This is a great example of his style and humor.
I think he has captured the Men are from Mars, and Women are from Venus paradigm.
TOPICS: Chit/Chat; Humor; Miscellaneous; Society
KEYWORDS: comedy; humor; marriage; men; menvswomen; women
Doug met his wife performing comedy at a church fund raiser. This is his first effort at combining his personal comedy style with a cartoon representation.
Enjoy and give him a few YouTube Hits.
I think he has a big hit

One evening I (unintentionally) came back home before my wife’s Tupperware Party was over. There were 14 women sitting around my living room and, I swear, there were 14 conversations taking place. You’d think that 7 would be the max number - Wrong! Every one was talking at the same time.

Hehe, quite enjoyable. But where is the “filth flarthin’ filth”?
It does take talent to be funny without profanity. I always loved Bill Cosby
for his conviction that.

I grew up with the great humor of Red Skelton and Jonathan Winters.
What attempts to pass for comedy today is a farce.

Oh, I only just became 41 years old today, but I remember the great old stuff too. Jonathan Winters on Match Game PM, Red Skelton on his show, Laurel and Hardy, The Three Stooges, Jerry Lewis, etc. I knew since I was about 10 years old that I may have grown uP one generation too early. Funny though that I am a heavy metal, partying, sex, drug, rock n roll type, but love my America I grew up with. Thank you very much for the ping. God bless you and the USA.

Jonathan Winters on Match Game PM, Red Skelton on his show, Laurel and Hardy, The Three Stooges, Jerry Lewis, Bob Newhart's stand up was classic. One of his lines "I'm convinced that Realtors are just used car salesmen that couldn't pass the ethics test."

"I'm convinced that Realtors are just used car salesmen that couldn't pass the ethics test."Yes - Bob Newhart was another one. His humor was often so cerebral that he lost some folks like me. He often came close to the line that said "If you have to explain the joke, it isn't funny. But somehow in the nick of time we got it.
