A South African court has blocked the government from buying 11 million Chinese condoms, saying they are too small, a newspaper reported Friday.
The finance ministry had awarded a contract to a firm called Siqamba Medical, which planned to buy the Phoenurse condoms from China, the Beeld newspaper said.
A rival firm, Sekunjalo Investments Corporation, turned to the High Court in Pretoria after losing the bid, arguing that their condoms were 20 percent larger than the Chinese ones.
Judge Sulet Potterill blocked the deal with Siqamba, ruling that the condoms were too small, made from the wrong material, and were not approved by the World Health Organisation, the paper said.
South Africa has more HIV infections than any country in the world, with 5.38 million of its 50 million people carrying the virus.

No, crossed eyes would be the malady. Very large in this instamce would likely be in the painful burden category for the women themselves, none would ever want implants to have breasts of that size.
Correlation is not an absolute. It implies a possibility of causation. The two datapoints are closely associated.

Actually, as Chinese and Asian men become wealthier in America and around the world, I am seeing more of the other way around. In another 30 years, who knows .... ;)
Also, alot of guys here (in the US and on the FR) like talking about this subject as it relates to China or Asia since they prefer not to talk about how it relates in America or the West. For example, the phrase, "Once you go black, you never want to go back" was a term coined by white women in regards to dating black males here in the US :)

Look, let's make this easy......any person born in France, Italy, Spain, etc. is a EUROPEAN. WHY? Because they were born on that continent. Yes, they're also an Italian, or Spaniard, etc., but then again, someone born in Kenya is a Kenyan AND an African, as well.
But back to South Africa...........every single one born there, IS an African as well as a South African! Whites, who have an ancestry of the first settlers ( the Dutch and French Huguenots ) are also called BOERS and/or Afrikaners. Those whites who came much later, with the invading Brits, aren't;but they are still Africans and South Africans as well.

I read somewhere that these were actually female condoms - did anybody else see anything about that? If so, that would mean the condoms were too small for the female, not the male?
