Detroit has a competitive team. I don’t think they can win the NFC North but I would not at all be surprised to see them as a wildcard team.

I am from Nebraska and have been watching the Lions because of Suh. After watching the game with my son today on TV, I think I may be becoming a Lions fan.

Biggest surprise is Cam Newton. Dan Marino owns the NFL record for 13- 400 yard games. Mr. Newton has done it twice in his first two games.

Here's the advantage of the Lions this year: an experienced, frightening defense, and finally a healthy Matt Stafford.
The Bills suddenly great because Ryan Fitzpatrick, their quarterback, is smart (very important with today's sophisticated offenses) and has a decent throwing motion.

Detroit has SO many weapons on offense too. This game was for Gunther Cunningham, though. Fired by the Chiefs, becomes the Lions D coordinator and builds a monster of a D line.
