“Do you have evidence that some clerk wrote it, or is that the court of your imagination again? I suspect that latter, as it was actually a three-judge panel, agreeing unanimously.”

Writting the text of a decision is one of the duties of a law clerk. The obvious error in Arkeny was corrected by justice adding a footnote to the published text after the fact.

Hanging your hat on denied?????? A non decision is just that..... a non decision. Nothing is proved one way or the other.

Obama’s assumption of Presidential duties is the basis for a Constitutional Crisis, in addition to the societal crisis that would be generated if the court rightfully removed the first “black” president. Judicial cowardice is what it is.... Judicial cowardice.

The Arkeny case revolved around the Indianna Governor’s duties in certifying election results. The State Supreme Court did not review this lower court decision because that isuue was resolved and the lesser issues of the case wasn’t worth the courts time and the state’s money.

“While the Supreme Court hasn’t granted review on presidential eligibility cases, what they have said on the matter is: denied........”

The USSC is a Judicial review court, not a tryer of fact, and as such will deny any case or filed brief that has not be ruled upon by a lower court. Your point is moot.

Note that the reason for a Supreme Court is judicial error in lower courts.......it happens all the time and even the USSC has made judicial errors.....Dred Scott anyone????

Locally the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on a 2nd Amendment Case using the text of a debunked and discredited book “Guns in America.” by Balisarius (sic)....Your quotting Gordon’s book in an earlier post just shows the errors that pass for fact in courts sometimes.

The USSC has always, Always defined Natural Born Citizen as being “born in country to citizen parents” neither you, Obama/DNC/MSM can chamge that.....so argue on....spit into the wind.......( I see you shy away from those decisions because they don’t support your flawed premis.)

BTW I just love the talking points you’ve been provided.....seen them many times from various different trolls.....but don’t ya think they’re getting kinda stale? (Were I you I’d ask for some new e-mails.) It’s all moot anyway as Obama is about to get his rear thrown out of office, thereby setting back the Liberal/Progressive/Communist agenda decades. Maybe then the courts will find the voice and spine.

I had not heard this about Santorum and yes I am disappointed. I thought he was more well-versed in constitution than that. He’s off the list.
