At lease once a year a study comes out that says MODERATE alcohol consumption has some kind of health benefit.That and chocolate. Which is why I post this stuff. I'm going into the chocolate beer business and expect to make a fortune.

Well, here’s the thing, moderate. There’s a difference between a glass of wine and a shot glass of whiskey. I would note that drinking too much soda could make me put on weight or load plaque on my teeth. I mean, wine has religious purpose to it, give it that much.

My grandfather had COPD, he found out using vodka in his nebulizer helped his breathing.
My husband has found out that a half shot of vodka often works better than his rescue inhaler.
