ouch. who plays mrs jorel?
The last film made Superman into an illegitimate father, what crappy things will they do this time?
As long as I live, I’ll never forget Russell Crowe as Maximus Decimus Meridius....aka Gladiator! Gosh! I remember so going off the deep end over that movie...saw it 10 times in the theater...and that was after it had been out nearly 3 months. Took me quite awhile to get over it all. Whew! “Strength and Honor...STRENGTH-AND-HONOR!”
Jor El was a scientist, right? So why is dressed as an intergalactic football player / monk?
can’t be any worse than they did to Spiderman
Zach hasn't done me wrong yet though, so I'll withhold judgement until I see the movie.
or Robin Hood “men in tights” or Zorro...the “gay blade” changes coming for many of the super heros..wait until Barney Frank comes out of the phone booth in his new tutu
"My Son. My Son. I am your father, Jor-El. Your mother and I have sent you to Earth the only survivor of Krypton. As you hear this, I will have been dead many centuries, but I will reborn as Charlie Rich. On the planet Earth you have special powers and knowledge, which will separate you from mankind. Use these powers only for good, and above all you must never tamper with the destiny of man. And don't eat junk food."
Where did he get the Klingon nightgown?
Looks like every other Russel Crowe character.
Pretty much. He’s just one magnificent actor.
Yeah - he was SO sexy in that movie. yowzie!
Hear he’s a real jerk in actual live however...but man, what an actor!
Born in New Zealand in 64,
A hot-headed actor named Russell Crowe.
He loves to act but he loves one thing more,
Fightin Around the World!
He fights his directors and he fights his fans,
Its a problem no one understands.
(If theres two things he loves, its fighting and)
Fightin Around the World!
And Fightin Around the World
Medieval-Renaissance Knight, huh?
Looks kinda grungey. I still like to think of Krypton and its occupants the way the 50s/60s comics did... a sort of scientific ‘world of tomorrow’ in pleasant pastel colors.
Jor El was his Superman’s real pop, right? I get all that confused. There was Mon El and Kal El too, but I forget who was who and what was what. Can’t remember at all Superman’s Kryptonian mother’s name.
As a big Patrick O’Brian fan, I have to say he did a great job portaying Jack Aubrey in “Master and Commander”.
